What we're looking for

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Strategic Implementation Specialist to join our team in a pivotal new role. As the first in this position, you’ll be instrumental in establishing the framework and setting the standards for a team we plan to expand significantly over the next year. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing implementation services, offering strategic insights, and guiding clients through effective change management.

• Implementation Leadership: Oversee and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring the effective deployment of client strategies and development execution.

• Change Management: Develop and execute strategies that help clients smoothly transition to new technologies and processes, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Project Management: Take charge of projects by defining their scope, setting goals, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely, on-budget completion.

• Technical Building: Work extensively with APIs, demonstrating a strong ability to read and write code to support client needs.

• Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify and achieve their strategic goals using our technology.

• Strategic Alignment: Provide clients with strategic guidance to align our solutions with their long-term business objectives and AI strategies.‍

Who you are

• Over 5 years of experience in customer consulting within a SaaS environment.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• A creative and innovative approach to developing engaging, impactful training programs.

• Collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.E

• xperience in building certification programs and defining success metrics.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Strong technical expertise, particularly in working with APIs and coding.
